| How do I register for a course? |
| Please complete the registration form and send it to the school along with a GBP 50 non-refundable registration fee.

| How do I know if my registration has been accepted? |
| We will e-mail you within 48 hours of receiving your registration form. We will then let you know how to proceed. |

| Can I start my course on any day? |
| You can start any Monday throughout the year but there are specific start dates for 12 week terms. For these dates, please contact the school.
NB. If you start on a date other than an official term start date, do not expect to start at the beginning of the course book.
Academic year and exam courses have specific start dates. These courses cannot be joined half-way through. |

| How far in advance do I have to register? |
| It is best to register as early as possible. We would like at least 4 week’s notice in order to place you with the most suitable host family. However it is also possible to register at short notice. |

| How and when should I pay? |
| You must pay the registration fee when you send in your registration form. The balance of the fees are due at least 4 weeks before the start of the course. Please click here to read our terms and conditions. |

| Can I enrol from this website? |
| No, you can download the registration form and send it to us by fax, post or e-mail. However we will need to receive your £50 registration fee to proceed with the booking. |
