By completing a registration form you are agreeing to and accepting the terms of registration below:

• LSE must receive a completed registration form and the registration fee in order to register you for your course.
• The balance of any outstanding course or accommodation fees must be received at least 4 weeks before the first day of your course.
• Failure to pay any balance outstanding by the due date will result in cancellation of your course and/or accommodation and loss of your registration fee.
• Any changes to course/accommodation start dates must be communicated to the school office at least 2 weeks prior to the original start date.
• Courses are non-transferable.
• There will be no reduction in the course fees if a course includes a public holiday.
• Please note the school closes for two weeks per year, over the Christmas period.
• Refunds will only be granted in the case of visa refusal and upon receipt of the Visa Refusal Letter. The registration fee is not refundable. Refunds made by bank transfer or credit card will incur charges to you. Refunds will be made within 21 days of receiving your Visa Refusal Letter.
• No refunds will be granted in any other circumstances.
• It is a condition of enrolment that you take out insurance to cover health and cancellation.
• It is your responsibility to maintain a good attendance record. Students who do not attend school for 5 consecutive days will be removed from the class register and will need to contact the school office to resume their course. LSE will inform the Home Office if a student here on a student visa, is absent for one week or more.
• Each 3 hour block of learning includes a break of 15 minutes.
• LSE reserves the right to alter the timetable and/or transfer students from one class or course to another and to merge small classes or cancel courses if necessary.
